U Part Wig

Ok, so I've been wearing weaves for about 7yrs off and on. Sometimes I would add tracks for fullness or I would have it as a Ponytail.
But for the past 4yrs I've been wearing weaves because I've gone natural. I started off with a friend doing my hair for me as she was a hairdresser, but we both moved away and I started doing my own hair. Then my mum said that she found a hairdresser that was  an old friend of hers.
This lady did my hair once.......and once only. She did a weave with minimal leave out at the top, but she messed up my sides so bad I wanted to cry.
She sewed the track to the braid and then put(tucked) the track under the braid which pulled on my hair line that my hair fell out. So from then on I started doing my own weave.
Which not only saves time, but it also saves money and also saves me from getting mad at people when my hair falls out or lose my sides.

I like being able to switch up my hair style, so I watch alot of hair videos on YouTube about different ways to install weaves or how to braid you hair down. Then I heard about the U part wig and I sooooo wanted one. It sounds like it would life so easy to just sew the wig in place or to clip it on.
So I  am going to make my own U part wig.

I found a waeve wig that I got a few years ago that i only wore twice. So I'm going to sew the tracks on to the net and make me a U part wig.

I'm going to (take pictures) use my sewing machine to sew the tracks on.
So I'll do another post with how I did it and what it looks like on my head...lol

So check back for U Part Wig 2.0
